This work is how I support my family, and I take that responsibility seriously—by showing up prepared, engaged, and committed to doing things the right way.

For four years, I invested in professional Next Level Coaching to sharpen my skills, strengthen my decision-making, and better serve the people who trust me with their real estate goals. That commitment continues today, as I’m always looking for ways to improve, adapt, and guide my clients with confidence and care.

Transaction Coordinator

Mary Hipol

To provide an even higher level of service, I work closely with a dedicated Transaction Coordinator.

Mary Hipol has over 30 years of experience as a licensed broker and assists with managing the details of each transaction. She helps ensure documents are signed and delivered to all parties involved, including title companies and lenders, and works diligently to keep everything moving smoothly from contract to close.

Mary is also available to help answer questions along the way. When you hire me, you benefit from a team approach.

Professional Marketing Team

To maximize exposure for my listings, I work with a professional marketing team that helps promote my listings across popular platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I also use a variety of tools and resources to create listing videos, dedicated property websites, and targeted marketing materials.

Professional Photography

I use professional photography for my listings because high-quality images play an important role in attracting buyers and generating interest. Great photos can make a meaningful difference in how a home is perceived, and can impact the final sale outcome. I take care to present the photos in a thoughtful order that flows naturally and helps tell the story of the home. I also include floor plans to give buyers a clear understanding of how the home is laid out, and when appropriate, professional drone photography to showcase the setting.
