There is a long list of things that I do to provide exceptional service to my sellers. Here are a few that set me apart from many agents.
PRE-LISTING PACKET – Before I come over to see your home and meet with you, I'll provide you with a Pre-listing Packet that includes my Seller's Guide as well as the listing documents that you'll need to sign in order for me to sell your home. It will also include well researched comparable homes that I'll use to guide us in properly pricing your home.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY – For most listings I'll be hiring a professional photographer to take high-quality photos to promote the sale of your property. When it makes sense I'll include professional drone photography as well.
